Hello and welcome to our page. I am Audrey Sheppard, practice owner, supervisor, and licensed professional counselor. I work with children, adults, and couples. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, & Animal-Assisted Therapy. I also have specialized training in Mindfulness techniques. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP 1&2) specializing in complex PTSD. I accept most forms of insurance. I have a team of dedicated interns working underneath my supervision to ensure you get the best experience here at Sheppard Counseling.
